These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website and services provided by 24x7-care-services, a brand wholly owned and operated by ASJSMS TECH PRIVATE LIMITED.
By booking a repair service through our website or helpline, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
An estimated visiting/inspection charge (as displayed on the booking form) is applicable when a technician visits your premises. If you proceed with the repair, this inspection charge may be adjusted or waived entirely at the management's discretion. If you choose not to proceed with the repair after the problem is diagnosed, the visiting charge must be paid.
Final repair costs, including spare parts and labor, will be provided by the technician after physical inspection of the appliance. No repair work will commence without the customer's prior approval. All payments must be made immediately upon completion of the service directly to ASJSMS TECH PRIVATE LIMITED or its authorized technician.
We provide a limited warranty (typically 30 to 90 days) solely on the spare parts replaced and the specific repair work performed. This warranty does not cover:
- Unrelated problems arising after our service.
- Issues caused by physical damage, voltage fluctuations, or water logging.
- Pre-existing conditions in the appliance.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the services provided by ASJSMS TECH PRIVATE LIMITED shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
